MIXED FLOUR DOSA
Mix flour dosais a healthy alternative to the normal dosa.
INGREDIENTS
- Small rava :- 1 cupWheat flour :- ½ cup
- Rice flour :- ½ cup
- All purpose flour :- ½ cup
- Medium onion (chopped) :- 1
- Salt :- To taste
- Green chilies (chopped) :- 4
- Coconut (grated) :- 1
- Coriander leaves (chopped) :- 6 strands
- Curry leaves (chopped) :- 5
- Ghee/oil
TOOLS REQUIRED
- Spatula
- Pan
- Serving dish
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, combine all the flours together to prepare a dosa batter using water.
- Add all the chopped ingredients along with salt and coconut. Mix well with batter.
- Heat a pan and spread little oil over it.
- Pour a spoonful of batter and then spread it in round shape.
- Put ghee/oil on top of dosa and cook for about one minute over medium heat.
- Flip it and cook the other side. Then take out in a plate.
- Repeat the same process with the remaining batter.
- Serve hot.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve hot with chutney or pickle or sambar.
