BREAD DOSA

Enjoy this delicious combination of dosa and bread for a quick snack.
INGREDIENTS
- Bread slices :- 4
- Green chilies (chopped) :- 2
- Dosa batter :- 1 cup
- Onion (chopped) :- 1
- Coriander leaves (chopped) :- Few
- Salt :- To taste
- Oil
TOOLS REQUIRED
- Spatula
- Pan
- Serving dish
PREPARATION METHOD
- Put onions, coriander leaves and green chilies to the dosa batter. Mix well.
- Heat a pan and spread little oil over it.
- Dip the slices of bread in the dosa batter and put it on a hot pan.
- Spread little oil around the bread cut and cook until it turns golden brown on each side.
- Take it on a serving plate and serve immediately.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve hot with chutney or pickle.
